Platform Jakarta Joins the Clean Air Club by Nafas
Where Smarter Training Meets Better Indoor Air
Great training isn't only about how hard you work.
It's also about the environment that supports every workout.
That's why Platform Jakarta is joining the Clean Air Club by Nafas, a growing community of gyms, studios, and wellness spaces committed to creating better indoor environments for their members.
Known for its signature 50-minute high-intensity, low-impact training method, Platform helps members build strength, endurance, and consistency through a science-driven approach designed for long-term progress.
Now, that same philosophy extends beyond the workout itself, to the air members breathe throughout every session.
Every Workout Starts with a Breath
Whether you're pushing through strength intervals, endurance circuits, or recovering between sets, your breathing naturally becomes deeper and faster.
During exercise, you're taking in more of the air around you.
That's why creating a better training environment isn't only about great coaching, thoughtfully designed programming, or high-quality equipment.
It's also about the quality of the indoor air members breathe every day.
That's exactly what the Clean Air Club is all about: helping wellness spaces create workout environments supported by cleaner, continuously monitored indoor air.
A Shared Philosophy
Platform believes effective training isn't about doing more.
It's about training smarter.
Every 50-minute class is intentionally designed to help members build strength, improve endurance, and progress consistently through a structured, science-informed training method.
That mindset naturally aligns with the Clean Air Club.
Because creating a better workout experience isn't only about what happens on the Platformer.
It's also about creating an environment that helps members stay focused on their training.
When the indoor environment is continuously monitored and maintained, members can simply show up, train, recover, and come back ready for their next session.
Platform Jakarta Is Now Part of the Clean Air Club
By joining the Clean Air Club, Platform Jakarta becomes part of a growing movement of fitness and wellness spaces that believe the environment people breathe deserves just as much attention as the workouts themselves.
Powered by Clean Air Zone by Nafas, Platform's indoor environment is supported by a connected system that continuously monitors indoor air quality and responds to changing conditions throughout the day.
The experience is further supported through professional installation, scheduled filter replacement, preventive maintenance, and ongoing service, helping the system continue performing over time.
It's another layer of care that members may not always notice.
But it's one they'll experience with every workout.
Air Quality Data

Monitoring the Air We Breathe Indoors
During the 8–14 July period, the Clean Air Zone by Nafas system helped maintain consistently better indoor air quality at Platform Jakarta.
Over the course of the week, the average outdoor PM2.5 level was 58 µg/m³, while the average indoor PM2.5 level remained at just 7 µg/m³.
This means members trained in an environment with approximately 88% lower PM2.5 levels than the air outside.
These results are made possible through continuous air quality monitoring, intelligent air purification, and ongoing maintenance, working quietly in the background so members can focus on every workout.
More Than a Partnership
The Clean Air Club isn't simply about installing air purification systems.
It's about raising the standard for indoor wellness spaces.
By bringing together gyms, fitness studios, and wellness communities that care about the environments people spend time in, the Clean Air Club is helping make better indoor air part of the modern fitness experience.
Platform Jakarta is now part of that growing movement.
