The Mat Joins the Clean Air Club by Nafas
Every mindful practice begins with the air you breathe.
Wellness is about more than movement.
It is about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and become more aware of the body, mind, and breath.
That philosophy is at the heart of The Mat, a serene boutique studio located in Graha Bintara, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Dedicated to Yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement, The Mat creates a calming, community-driven environment where people can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves.
Now, that experience is taking another step forward.
The Mat has joined the Clean Air Club by Nafas, becoming part of a growing community of fitness, wellness, and movement spaces committed to creating better indoor environments for the people who spend time in them.
Because every movement begins with a breath.
Every Practice Starts with a Breath
Whether you're moving through a Yoga flow, engaging your core during Pilates, or taking a quiet moment to reconnect with your breath, breathing is an essential part of every practice.
As movement becomes more intentional, so does our awareness of the environment around us.
The air inside a studio is part of that environment.
A space designed to help people feel calm, focused, and present should also pay attention to the air they breathe throughout their practice.
That's where the Clean Air Club comes in.
By bringing together wellness spaces that care about the complete experience of their communities, the Clean Air Club helps make indoor air quality a more visible and considered part of everyday wellness.
Air Quality at The Mat

Recent monitoring data from March to June 2026 shows how The Mat’s Clean Air Zone helped maintain a more controlled indoor environment.
During this period, the average outdoor PM₂.₅ level was 34 μg/m³, while the average indoor PM₂.₅ level remained at 7 μg/m³.
That means The Mat maintained indoor PM₂.₅ at approximately 79% lower levels than outdoors, keeping the space within the “Good” PM₂.₅ range and below the WHO guideline shown in the comparison.
For a space dedicated to mindful movement, breath, and recovery, maintaining a more consistent indoor environment helps create a space where people can focus on their practice.
A Shared Philosophy of Mindful Well-being
At The Mat, wellness is approached through the connection between body, mind, and breath.
Its classes bring together Yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement in a space designed to feel calm and welcoming. Rather than focusing only on physical strength, The Mat creates an environment where movement can also become a way to reconnect, restore, and find balance.
That philosophy naturally aligns with the Clean Air Club.
Because a meaningful wellness experience extends beyond the movements practiced in a class.
It includes the space where those movements happen.
It includes the atmosphere that helps members slow down, focus, and stay present.
And it includes the air they breathe through every inhale and exhale.
The Mat Is Now Part of the Clean Air Club

By joining the Clean Air Club, The Mat becomes part of a growing movement of studios and wellness spaces that believe the indoor environment deserves the same thoughtful attention as the experience itself.
Powered by Clean Air Zone by Nafas, a connected ecosystem that brings together air quality monitoring, purification, the Nafas Health App, and ongoing service to help maintain healthier indoor air.
This adds another layer of care to the studio experience, helping The Mat create an environment where members can focus on their practice while the indoor air is continuously monitored.
From the first breath of a Yoga session to the final stretch of a Pilates class, the environment becomes part of the experience.
It is a quiet layer of wellness that may not always be visible, but is present with every breath.
More Than a Wellness Space
The Clean Air Club is about more than cleaner air. It's about creating spaces where healthier indoor air can be monitored, understood, and maintained through one connected ecosystem.
It is about encouraging a broader understanding of what a healthy wellness environment can look like.
Movement, mindfulness, community, and the environment all play a role in shaping how people experience a space.
The Mat's decision to join the Clean Air Club reflects this holistic approach, creating a place where members can move with intention, reconnect with their breath, and spend time in an indoor environment supported by better air.
Located in the heart of Kebayoran Baru, The Mat continues to create a space where wellness can feel personal, intentional, and connected.
Now, that experience is supported by a greater focus on the air members breathe, too.
