A New Standard for Wellness

Jakarta is home to countless spaces where people move, train, and recharge, but only a few are rethinking wellness from the ground up.

Introducing Clean Air Club by Nafas, a collective of gyms, studios and wellness spaces where healthy air is guaranteed, monitored, and filtered.

From yoga studios, cycling stations, functional training hubs, pilates studios, and wellness spaces that go beyond fitness.

They’ve already invested in the best equipment, expert instructors, and beautiful environments.
Now, they’ve taken it one step further, by ensuring the air you breathe while you move is just as healthy as the lifestyle you’re building.

Because health isn’t just about what you do. It’s about what surrounds you.

Why Air Matters More Than You Think

During exercise, your breathing rate increases up to 10–20 times compared to when you’re at rest. That means your lungs are pulling in significantly more air and if that air carries pollutants, your body is absorbing them faster and deeper.

Scientific studies have shown that exposure to fine particles during exercise can:

  • When PM2.5 is low, exercise strengthens the heart.
  • When pollution is high, intense exercise increases strain and reduces performance.

When you train in Good Air, your body no longer fights those invisible stressors.
You simply perform the way you were meant to naturally, efficiently, and fully present.

Good Air, Healthy Performance

Every Clean Air Club space is powered by Clean Air Zone by Nafas, a system that continuously maintains Good Air by reducing fine particle pollution (PM₂.₅) to levels aligned with World Health Organization guidelines often 1–5 µg/m³, compared to outdoor levels that can exceed 70 µg/m³ in Jakarta.

That’s not just a number, it’s a shift in how your body experiences movement.

“As we have experienced, the air feels much healthier to breathe for our members here. We are very satisfied with the Clean Air Zone.” - (Fiola Ramadhani, Marketing Communications Davuuu Gym)

The Studios That Go Beyond

What sets these studios apart isn’t just the design, or the quality of coaching,
It's the philosophy that wellness should be holistic.

Each Clean Air Club partner has chosen to redefine what it means to create a healthy space, not just for performance, but for long-term wellbeing.

They’ve partnered with Nafas to monitor and maintain Good Air, ensuring every breath supports their members’ health, quietly, consistently, and continuously.

These are the places where good air meets good energy.

Meet the Clean Air Club

The Clean Air Club network is growing, a collective of wellness leaders who share the same belief:
That true health comes from caring for every layer of the experience, even the ones you can’t see.

The Clean Air Club:

These are the places where you can move freely, breathe fully, and know that every inhale is working for you, not against you.

More collaborations are coming. We’ll be sharing them soon. Stay tuned.

A Movement Toward Modern Wellness

This is more than a network of studios, it’s a shared belief. A belief that wellness isn’t just a routine, it’s an environment.

The Clean Air Club represents a new standard of care, where equipment, instruction, and space design meet science, mindfulness, and technology.

And the next time you walk into a studio that’s part of this circle,
you’ll know, you’re training, recovering, and breathing in Good Air.

Move in Good Air. Recover in Good Air. Live in Good Air.
