WAYS TO PAY

Buy it or rent it.
You get the same system.

Every Nafas system comes two ways. Buy it and own it, and add a maintenance plan if you want one. Or rent it for one monthly cost, with filters, sensors and maintenance already included.

Two ways, one system.

Pick the one that matches how your company budgets.

Compare the two.

Most rows are the same in both columns.
What changes is how you pay and who takes care of maintenance.

Common questions

What is the difference between buying and renting?

Two ways to pay for the same system. The hardware, the app and the reporting are identical. What changes is how it sits in your budget and who looks after it. Buy it and you pay once, and the equipment becomes a company asset. It has a one year warranty, and Air Guard is there if you want maintenance and filters covered. Rent it for one monthly cost from twelve months, with no hardware cost at the start. Warranty, servicing, filters and replacements run for the whole term, and we collect the system at the end. Delivery is free either way, and setup is a one-time fee either way.

Air Guard is our optional service plan, for companies that buy. It extends the one year warranty and keeps you covered for as long as you subscribe. It covers servicing, part and unit replacements, and filter changes up to twice a year, so performance is always guaranteed. You do not have to take it. Without it, once the first year is up, you look after maintenance and filters yourself. If you rent, Air Guard is already inside the monthly cost, so there is nothing to add.

Delivery is free, and we collect the system at the end. Setup is a one-time fee, paid at the start.

Delivery is free on every order, whether you buy or rent. Setup is a one-time fee, the same either way. A Nafas technician does the installation and commissioning: mounting, power, pairing to the monitor in that room, and handover. The one exception is civil works. If your ceiling or wall needs building work before the unit can go up, that is quoted separately after an inspection. Most rooms need none.

Yes. If you rent, you can buy the system later, and the rent you have already paid counts towards the price. You can do this at the end of your term, or earlier if you want to. One of our experts will work out the figure for you.

Four choices, and we contact you before the term ends so it is a decision rather than something that happens by default. Renew for another term, upgrade to a newer model, buy the system outright, or return the hardware, which we come and collect at no cost.

Yes, that is usually why companies choose it. Renting is a monthly payment rather than a one-off purchase, so it sits with your other running costs instead of as equipment you have to buy. The only cost at the start is the one-time setup fee. How it is recorded in your own accounts is for your finance team to confirm, and we will provide whatever documentation they need.
